The Neptune's machine control board will stop the machine if it detects problems. Unfortunately you never know WHAT problem it detects! Could be the door switch, slow water fill-up, motor control, or in my case, the main timer switch. Replacing the switch was easy, two screws to remove the panel under the controls, then a torx bit to remove the control panel itself. One more screw holding the timer to the panel. Total replacement time was about 5 minutes and it has fixed the problem.
