I took the back panel off, after moving the unit away from the wall, and disconnecting the vent hose. I replaced the cycling thermostat, and high limit switch, and for good measure, I replaced the heating element as well. The diagnostic tips on the PartSelect website were very helpful. I cleaned all the accumulated lint out of the unit while it was apart, then reassembled it. The dryer is working just fine now!
