Watched the video on how to repair this problem. Folowed the simple instructions and it worked. The double outlet water valve worked as it should. When I tested the water dispencer nothing came out of the spiggot on the door but water poured out all over the floor because the 5/16" water line from the replacement valve to the front of the refrigerator was brittle and cracked. I've ordered the part. MORAL OF THE STORY - if your are replacing this double outlet valve, buy the water line and the union for the dispencer. You'll save yourself time, postage and effort. From the looks of it sooner or later the water line gets "cooked" and breaks/cracks.
