broken end caps rendered our pantry drawer "topless"

We needed to replace both end caps for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator's pantry drawer. Although it seemed that after a few minutes studying your website's illustrations we knew what parts to order, still we doubted ourselves thinking it just seemed somehow too clear considering we were in unknown territory. When we received our parts we were careful to keep the boxes and paperwork together still believing there was no way we were going to be successful. Wrong !
