Have double wall oven. Lower oven was no heating to desired temperature. Repairman diagnosis was a faulty thermostat that is no longer available from Frigidaire

Received replacement thermostat from your Co. that was identical to the one removed, down to the lettering on the part! After the "handyman" replaced the old thermostat which was easily accomplished by removing the back panel of the oven and installing the part we continued to have the same problem with the lower oven not reaching the set temperature. Obviously this was a mis-diagnosis. Appreciate your prompt attention in sending the new thermostat and your followup of the problem.
