Let me start by saying I'm a 30-something mom. I couldn't wait for the weekend for my husband to "get around to it," so I dove in. Desperation will make you brave. After popping the front off the washer, I determined that the water was coming from high up in the control panel. I replaced the front of the washer, and removed the cover from the control panel. Even with the washer off, I could see the water coming out of the triple water valve. I looked up this exact part, and had an order placed in less than five minutes. Using the diagrams from this website, it made it VERY easy to order the right part. It took longer than I hoped to arrive, but once it did, I had the old part off and replaced in less than 10 minutes. I did a test load to make sure it was a good fix, and haven't seen any water since! God bless you Part Select. Me and my clean clothes thank you.
