Agitator Direction Cogs worn out causing agitator auger to slip during agitation.

Remove fabric softener reservoir from the top of the agitator. Grasp and pull the leak barrier cap off to get to the agitator mounting bolt. Using a 1/2 socket driver remove the agitator mounting bolt. Withdrawal the spring retainer and the spring from the cam assembly. Using a micro precision or very small flat head or small slim paper clip, disengage the cog retainer (Driven Cam Bearing) and carefully remove. Remove the four directional cogs and replace with the new. Reassemble everything in the revers steps.
