The door latch to the dishwasher broke

It was very easy. Shut off the electricity to the dishwasher. Take out the screws around the back of the door using a star type bit. The whole handle assembly pulls up. Disconnect the electrical connection with pliers. Reconnect the electrical connection to the new part. Put it in place and put all the screws back in. Turn the electricity on and that's it. This was so much easier than calling the landlord and trying to get him to fix it. The part was about $30 and it arrived the day after I ordered it on line.
