Went online to diagnose problem and determined it was the internal control board. Ordered from parts select and when it arrived pulled stove out of cabinet, removed 2 screws that hold side trim pieces on, by the way make sure power to unit is off.You will see a metal cover on top of unit and this covers the control panel. Remove the screws that hold it in place and set aside. With cover and side trim off, there are 2 screws that hold the touch panel on, remove them hold on to panel and remove clip that holds power strip in place and set aside.Take the new control panel out and compare it to the original to make sure they are the same. Before removing any wires compare each wire connection on original unit to new unit to make sure you connect the new one in exactly the same manner and that they are the same. Now you gently remove 1 wire connection at a time from original and connect to the new 1 in the exact same place.DO NOT REMOVE ALL WIRES AT 1 TIME, you will forget where they go. Once all connections are made, re-install each piece that you removed. While oven is still out of cabinet and and all connections are made and covers are back on, turn on power to check that it now works. Mine worked just fine. I then re-installed trim pieces, slid oven back in place and there you go. Kept me from spending 1500 to replace a double oven. AS A NOTE, you can take pictures as yoou start the process just to have a back-up plan in case you forget how you took something apart.
