Being mechanically challenged, I'm surprised I was able to do the repair but your website was very encouraging and very helpful. The hardest part was convincing myself that I could do it and that I owned the right tools. One trip to the basement, two tools and maybe 20 minutes later the repair was done! Loved how easy it was to order, how quickly it was delivered, really great instructions on the website.
