The grates were cracked and the filter frayed.

I called the store where we purchased the stove and they stated that they no longer carried the Jen Air. I looked on line and found "PartsSelect.Com" I was able to order the grates and the filter. The service from Parts Select was excellent and shipping time was fast. I took minutes to place the grates and filter. My guests asked if my stove was brand new. I cannot thank you enough. I now know where to come for parts for this stove should I need them.
