Opened the box and put it on. It took about 20 seconds. The longest part was opening the box! I can't believe we used pliers for 2 years to set the dryer when all it cost was $29 and about 20 seconds of our time. I am embarrassed but very happy that it is now fixed - should have done it sooner!!
