No heat on one burner

Removed six screws holding glass top to metal base.Remove glass top,found coll burnout.Ordered new coil from Parts Select-8"(measure just to be sure). When repairing remove two wires connected to coil ,lift coil of spring base and remove two screws on bottom of old coil,install on new one.Do not screw them in all the way,leave a gap about 1/8". Adjust spring base by bending it up towards you,this keeps pressure on the coil to the glass top.Install new coil by placing it on the base and making sure the two screws lock into holes in spring base.Reinstall wires and glass top and your ready to go. Note:Make sure everything is correct with your new part before you start,wires,size etc. Nothing to it.
