REMOVE THE PANELS THAT COVER THE EVAP. COILS AND REPLACED THE DEFROST HEATER AND THERMOSTST ASSEMBLY. I REPLACED THE TIMER BEFORE, BUT THAT DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF FROST ON THE COILS I USED MY WIFE'S HAIR DRYER TO MELT THE FROST.(IT SHORTEN THE DOWN TIME)
