Water/Ice dispenser stopped working and clicking noise from freezer

This is a very easy repair. The hardest part was pushing the fridge in and out and having to clean back there!!. Before starting anything, I unplugged the fridge from the wall outlet. I removed 4 nut-drive screws holding the circuit board cover to the back of the fridge. Once the circuit board was exposed, I first compared the current board with the new one to make sure the connections were the same. I did have to use the already existing ground wire (green wire) for the circuit board as the new one provided with the new board had the wrong connectors. I then marked each wire harness from left to right, top to bottom, so I knew what order they were to be reconnected. I then disconnected the 5 wiring harnesses. The hardest part of the repair was removing the board itself. There are 4 plastic connectors holding the board in place. I tried to squeeze them with the pliers, but the board would not come off. I then watched the online video and realized I was squeezing the connectors wrong. After changing how I was squeezing the connectors, the board came out very easily. It was very easy then to snap the new board into place, reconnect the wires, and plug in the fridge. I did test everything before replacing the cover just in case I needed to reconnect something, etc. All in all, this repair took maybe 30 minutes, but that included time to gather the tools, pull out the fridge, clean behind the fridge, replace the board, test the system, and push the fridge back into place.
