Agitator no longer worked

My washer is pretty old but still in overall good condition. I just happen to open the top to add softener and noticed the agitator wasn't turning. Found the problem and ordered the repair kit. I had taken the agitator apart (One bolt under two snap off caps.) so when the kit arrived, quickly I might add, I only had to assemble the replacement kit, bolt the agitator back down and re-install both caps. 15 minutes from start of repair to putting in a load of wash.
