would not drain after washing and would not spin out the water

followed the directions that were on the website, all the steps were so easy to follow but when we went to put the frame back on it was a little tricky to make sure the front of the washer frame was under the housing and the rest just went very well i am so amazed at the simplicity of this we are not mechanically inclined and we saved a lot of money and the machine is purring like a kitten thanks to all who have written in it sure helped us..
