Top rack not cleaning dishes

Originally, I bought this kit first, and a few minutes later I read further and realized it was probably the chopper assembly (which it was and I did that repair). I decided to replace the spinner anyway since I had the part and it was too expensive to send it back. During the repair which was simple, the nut I received was broken (I thought it just didn't fit at the time). So, I ordered a $4 nut and paid $7+ for shipping. When that arrived, it definitely was not the right part. So I ordered the spinner kit again. This time the nut was not broken and it went together in a flash. For both repairs, the instruction video was invaluable so make sure you watch it first.
