Broken Large Bowl & Extension Shaft

I ordered a new large bowl from Partselect and replaced the broken bowl. The bowl fit perfectly and works very well. I also replaced a broken extension stem with a replacement stem from Partselect, and that worked well for about week, then it too also broke the same way the original did. Perhaps the item was just not meant to handle shredding cheese.
