Heating element went out in my 1978 double oven

My son came over to do this for me. He took off the oven door and took out all the racks and turned off the electricity to the oven. Then he used a nut driver to take off the nuts to remove the old element. He bent the wires so they wouldn't fall behind the oven. He then installed the new element and put everything back together. And then he ate the dinner I cooked him for coming over and doing this.
