Compressor start device burned up.

Unplugged refrigerator. Removed back panel to expose compressor, unplugged start device, removed the wire keeper, had to use a flat screwdriver to pry off the start device from the compressor prongs. Was not sure run capacitor was damaged but replaced it any way. Installing the new start device was as simple as plugging everything into there respective places. Reinstall the wire keeper, and back panel. Plugged the refrigerator in. All is back to normal.
