Removed the upper door hinge and removed door. Screw holding cam could not be removed with nut driver or wrench. Used an all purpose tool cutting blade to destroy and remove closing cam. Removed screw. Installed lower door closing cam. Returned the door to original position and reinstalled the upper door hinge.
