Handle broken, couldn't operate dishwasher

When my wife noticed the door handle on our Maytag dishwasher crunched a little and wouldn't turn on anymore, we ordered the handle assembly. I initially removed the inside door cover and disconnected four wire harnesses from various components, the main component being the door handle assembly. As others have written, the hardest part was sliding off the connectors from their spade lugs. I used a flat screwdriver and just gently pried and twisted the screwdriver like a wedge and got them all off. Then I just put back the inside door cover with 2 screws to hold it in place while the part was being shipped. Once the part came in, I think I installed it in less than 5 minutes, reconnected all the other deivices and torxed the 11-12 door panel screws. Dishwasher works like a champ! Thanks...too easy.
