Washer was not draining water

We performed the repair by watching and following the steps in the how-to video on the web site. During disassembly we noticed that the impeller had fused to the discharge pump housing -- we might not have noticed that without the video and the ability to replay. We ordered the parts, which arrived in about 4 or 5 days, and then did the work. My 13 year old son actually performed the repair -- after watching the video the first time I figured it was easy enough for him to try. It turned out to be a good lesson in using his hands for something other than video games.
