Replaced parts - Ice Maker still not working

Installation was extremely easy for a novice. However, I previously replaced the icemaker control and motor assembly. That did not solve the problem. I now replaced the electronic control boards - emitter and receiver. The operational test shows the emitter and receiver are functioning properly yet the ice maker still does not work.
