Everything worked but no heat

I had to remove the microwave from the cabinet(a bit heavy for one person). I then removed the cover, now I could see the magnetron. To remove the unit I had to remove the four nuts that held it(one was so tight it broke the stud loose and I had to cut it off). To completely remove the magnetron I had to lower the transformer platform.
