blower not rotating, hub worn

Unfortunately, the part that came in was a major problem. The shaft hole was way undersized and probably made for a much smaller shaft then the one on this dryer. I had to bore out the shaft and drill and tap a set screw to lock the blower to the motor shaft. I would estimate that the opening was at least 1/8" smaller than the shaft and as it was molded, the flat for locking the blower had to be drilled out as well. Even so, as I pressed the unit onto the shaft, it split and I had to do major work to make the blower usable. Until now I have been very pleased with the quality of parts from Partselect however this critical part did not meet the manufacturer's specifications as to the bore for the shaft.
