Using the video that is on your website on what and how to replace broken parts, we followed the same procedure. 1. Found the heating element in the back of the dryer after removing the cover panels. 2. Used a volt-ammeter to determine which part(s) was/were not functioning. 3. Used screwdrivers to disconnect/reconnect wires. 4. Closed panels.
