Very easy on the fan switch. Pried the old one off with a putty knife, so I didn;t scratch the stainless steel face. Disconnected the wires and reconected to the new plug and popped the new plug in. on the door hinge, it became a little tricky. I unsrewed the door frame from the oven, then unscrewed the outside stainless face from the door to get at the hinge, which is also very easily unscrewed. Then when I reinstalled the new hinge and reassembled the rest of the unit, the door would not close all the way. It was obvious that something was impeding the full closure on the new hinge side. When I inspected the new hinge in more detail, I saw that there was a very small rivet still located near the bottom of the hinge that was not apparent on the hinge located on the other door. That rivet was keeping the hinge from fully snapping forn next to the hinge bar. I took the hinge off and using a punch, tapped out the rivet, reinstalled and all was well!! The river looked like something that was needed in the manufacture of the hinge, but was supposed to be removed prior to selling at retail. I assume it was just an issue of the manufacturer missing a final step in the production process. Hopefully others won't experience the same issue.
