Fan not blowing
Unplug refrigerator, remove ice maker if you have one, all you need is a 1/4 " nut driver or socket. I used a 1/4" drive socket set with a1/4" socket. After the ice maker is out of the way, remove the panel on the back of the freezer to expose the fan. Remove the 2 screws holding the fan in place , and disconnect the wires that are plugged on to the connectors. Remove any ice that has built up around the condenser and install the new fan. Plug the refrigerator back in to insure the fan runs. If it works, unplug refrigerator again and install the panel over the fan, and install the ice maker again. Plug the refrigerator back in and put all your frozen food back in the freezer. That's it , Simple!!

Evaporator fan, growling. Worn bearing
Removed ice maker, then rear panel of freezer compartment. Removed old evaporator fan, cutting tie wraps as required.

Replace evaporator fan assy, paying attention to wire harness routing and secure harness with tie wraps.
Reinstall rear panel of freezer compartment. Re-install icemaker.

My refrigerator stopped cooling, there is no air circulating from the vent at the top of the frig. At this same time the freezer has continued to work, keeping a temp of 4 to 8 below zero.I'm not sure which part will fix the problem. Thanks for your help...

Hello Kermit, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: damper control-which controls the amount of air going from the freezer to the fridge, the cold control thermostat, the evaporator fan motor (also check to make sure the evaporator coils are not frosted over) the defrost timer and defrost thermostat. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!
