Remove the outside tray by removing the four screws. remove the screw attaching the crush lever but do not remove the lever. Remove the crush lever from the crushing head by disconnecting the hooked end.the On top there are two clips that are pop outs attaching the end of the ice maker to the tray Releasing the two clips was very difficult.(poor design shoould of used screws)I put two table knives one thru each of the slots. This allow me to force the head assembly out of the housing bracket. once that was done I remove the broken cup and installed the new part. Slid everything back together. Ensure the crush lever is properly aligned when you reinstall the screw. Install the bottom housing with the four screws and you should be good to go.
