Remove burners and disconnect igniter wires. Remove screws that hold on top of range. Remove screws that hold on front panel. Reach in and disconnect ribbon connector. Front control panel is just stuck on, so gently pry it off. Reverse procedure for new membrane switch. Due to poor engineering, mine goes out every 15-18 months.
