Googled problem "Washer won't Spin", or something like that. This led to a video (showing my problem) on YOU TUBE by Parts Select which led to the wedsite for Parts Select. Wedsite showed my problem and solution. Entered make and model. The part was available, I ordered it. When it I place my laptop by machine and followed the instructions, step by step. 1. Unplug power. 2. Disconnect water supply. 3. Unsrew (2) screws on the top rear electronics housing. 4.Unscrew (2) screws at the front of the electronics housing. 5. Flip the housing to the back. (my model was a little different I had some clips I had to move around) 6. remove the metal clips that hold the lid / front cabinet from the rear. 7. Disconnect the little power coupling. 8. Pick the lip / shell up slightly upward from the rear to detach cabinet from base. 9. slide forward. 10. Unscrew the lid switch ( you could have done this before). 11. GO underneath the cabinet and detach the lip switch from the clips and there is one screw. 12. remove the old switch. 13. Replace the new in reverse order. 14. Replace the cainet back on the base, raise up slightly and make sure the little pegs go into the little slots that are in the front of the base. (you'll feel it snap into place). 15. Gently let down the rear of the cabinet. (It to should snap into place). 16. Replace all the connections in reverse order. 17. Connect water supply 18. Connect power. 19. GET BACK TO WASHING CLOSE.
