THE LID SWITCH BROKE IN HALF SO THE WASHER WOULD NOT SPIN AND DRAIN AFTER THE WASH CYCLE. aLSO RUST WAS FALLIN GINTO THE CLOTHES BECAUSE THE LID HINGE BEARING AND SCREWS WERE OUT OF PLACE/MISSING.

THE VIDEO ON YOUR SITE WAS EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY AS THE REPAIRMAN HAD DEMONSTRATED AND WE ARE BACK TO WASHING CLOTHES.The hardest part was putting the front and back panels back together because I couldn't get the bottom sides to fit over the little tabs on the bottom.
