The Rack adjuster broke a piece in the wheel that rolls the rack out.

The adjuster assembly had to be removed first and then all we did was fit the adjuster back in between the wire rack and we were back in business. It would have been a 150.00 service call without the cost of the part. Thanks for making this part available. It was shipped to our house in one day. That in itself makes life less stressful.
