Door Counterbalance broke which also broke mount straps

Well, I pulled the washer out, but couldn't figure out what kept it from coming all the way out. So the repair wasn't that hard except working in the tight space to get the springs hooked back on the correct mounting "bracket". Otherwise, it was much easier than I had thought. I had to slightly trim the mounting brackets so nothing stuck out from under the edge of the countertop. Oh, and I used a ball pein hammer (sp?) to clean up the trim a bit.
