Unplug the unit. Don't want to get zapped. Remove the 10 screws from the door. Separate the inner panel from the outer panel. Remove electrical part of assembly from what is left of latch. You will need to apply firm but gentle pressure to the latch when connecting it to the electrical assembly. It will snap in place. Put the assembly back in the slot, realign the panels and reinsert the screws. Pretty easy!
