Frezzer was getting a bulid up of ice at the bottom and the refigerator was getting warmer

I watched the video and did the same.I also found that the drain was stopped up in the freezer section.I blew air on the other end and cleared the blockage .Also when the old heater went out,it burned the plastic wall next to the heating element,I think there was a recall on this model years ago but I did not follow up.Its working fine now.
