Movers ripped bottom of both door gaskets

I did not follow the instructions to take the doors off the refrigerator. They looked too heavy for this old man. Instead, I removed and installed the door gaskets with the doors on the frig. There were no problems other than the replacement gaskets had no magnets in them and the old gaskets did. I don't know if this will make a diference or not.
