broken wheel on top rack

This is the 2nd time I have done this repair. First on the left adjuster, this time on the right. It is fairly easy except for one clip. First flip open the catches at the end of the rails and remove the rack. Next remove part #9, the outer cover of the release lever assembly. It is held in place by 4 tangs, 2 at the top and 2 a the bottom.I separated the bottom tangs by prying them inward with a small screwdriver, fairly easy. Once removed the entire adjuster lever assembly comes off easily. Now the tricky part. Remove the retaining clip #3, which is held on by 3 tangs. This clip is difficult to remove, unless I am missing an easy method. I wedged out the 2 opposing tangs with 2 penknife blades. Then pressure on the 3rd tang released the part and sent it flying. I spent the next 10 minutes looking for it. Once it is released the wheel assembly comes off easily. There are 2 key slots that must be released but it is fairly obvious. Reverse the process for assembly. Once again the clip is the difficult part. Just press it back in with significant force and hope it doesn't break. It may not be a bad idea to buy a replacement up front just in case it breaks.
