The instructions that were sent with the outer door frame for my microwave failed to mention that this frame held the window glass in place. When I unsnapped the window frame as instructed, the window glass came falling out and crashed onto the floor into a thousand pieces. Now I must wait a few weeks for a replacement part and pay for the part. The instructions should have said to remove the entire door and place it on a flat surface, frame down, so the frame and glass would still be supported while the frame was unsnapped. Then the rear of the door could have been carefully lifted and the glass stay in the frame until removed by the installer. It will cost me an additional $93 due to this omission.
