I turned off the electric power. I removed two screw after opening dryer door on top left and right on main front of dryer then removed dryer top and put to side on floor out of the way. I looked inside toward front top left and right and removed two more screws and pulled back on front and holding front drum up just a little. I did not remove and wires that were attached to front of the panel just moved front to right side without straining the wires that were attached. I removed the little light bulb and removed the front drum bearing pulling out and up and it popped off. I replaced with a new one it was harder to get back in place than removing. The electrical wires going to light bulb had to be moved just right for drum bearing to fit back in place on front panel. Put the two white slide bearing in place and the two green slide as the were on the old front drum bearing that I removed. I removed the old front felt drum seal and replaced with the new one and used and small flat blade screw driver to tuck it back in place in guides were it removed and tucked ends in locks. Replaced light bulb and replaced it back in order and turned power on.
