Original grille was cracked / broken - wouldn't stay attached.

Three small screws ( which I purchased ) - why weren't these included? I realize , we should have saved the original ones, but realistically to complete the job, I needed to go to the hardware store and as closely as possible, get the necessary 3 screws for installation. Thinking it through, it would have been 100% if you had included the screws.
