This repair is very easy as long as you can use a phillips-head screwdriver. I opened the oven door to the first opening and slid the door up and out of the hinges and placed on a table. Depending on your strength, you may want to have a helper since the door is a little bulky. Once on the table, remove the 7 screws around the outside and remove the oven door cover. Keep an eye on the rubber seal around the window when removing the door cover and make sure that it goes back on the same way if it falls off (mine did). Flip the oven door cover over and remove the 2 screws (one on each side) holding the handle on. Replace the handle and fasten with the same screws. I spent a couple extra dollars on getting new screws just in case I lost one or they were stripped. Place the oven cover back on the door and fasten with the screws that you originally removed. Place the door back on the hinges and you are complete. This repair to 2 minutes to figure out what to remove and about 5 minutes to do the actual repair. Very simple. Save money and do it yourself and take your significant other out for dinner with the savings. Or use the oven you just fixed.
