I had to take the ends off of the two glides that held the rollers. This was the most difficult part. They are plastic and tricky as you have to push in a small part while pulling out the edge- felt like they were going to break. Next pop off the old rollers and replace by inserting the metal end on the top rack into the new roller then snapping them on. Last was replacing the plastic at the end of the two glides- also tricky. Pull on the outside while pushing on the inside. A VERY two handed project!
All done in under 5 minutes!!!
Works great- and the top rack is no longer falling off.
