I watched the step by step video to begin. the video is very will tell you exactly what to do and how to do it step by step...i pulled off back panel...found thermal fuse, and replaced..reassembled and started it up...full heat...working like brand new. i probably saved at least 100.00 by not having a service man come to fix it. i also replaced parts on my whirlpool dishwasher last fall...100 % satisfied with the parts and the helpful hint, tips, and how to videos to fix appliances...i ll never call a service man again for appliance repair...very easy to replace parts..
