My freezer light is not working, I tried replacing the bulb, but I think the switch is not working. Can this part be replaced?

Does this SWITCH W11445850 kit comes with the switch and the housing that it goes in as in the picture? Or is it just the switch? I need both parts. Is there a kit for it or do I have to order them separately? Please help
