We have never repaired a washer in our life . This was the first time we ever tried anything like that. Thanks to the Internet . We diagnosed our problem and learned how to do the repair on YouTube . After watching the repair work done we could not believe how easy it is to replace the timer for the washing machine . So all of us including our family are blown away that we did it we are two sisters at age 58. And if we can do it YOU CAN DO IT ALSO. !! Remove the few screws and unplug 2 sets of wires ,remove the dial you turn and take the timer out. Replace the new timer and put back the dial and you all done ! Part came next day and we saved lots of repair $$$$$ . Good luck ! Nice thing about this web sight that the parts are returnable . We are very happy the washer is working like a champ !
