After opening the front panel (remove 2 phillips screws near the bottom), I located the flame tube and removed the flame sensor located on the outside of the tube by unscrewing a hex head sheet metal screw. After carefully disconnecting the two wire leads (mark them for re-installing), I tested the continuity...there was none, indicating a defective sensor. I also removed the ignitor and tested for resistance. It was on the far end of the acceptable range, so I replaced that as well. I thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the interior after disconnecting the exhaust pipe (single screw on the exterior rear panel...get inside the lint collector area!) Installation and re-assembly was in the reverse order. Dryer started perfectly.
