Checked circuit breaker, cord, outlet. Went through troubleshooting guide on website and isolated the problem and ordered the thermal fuse and cycling thermostat after watching the video. Parts arrived the next day, much quicker than promised. Unscrewed the back cover and removed the thermal fuse which was exactly as depicted in the video. The dryer worked! I replaced the cycling thermostat next and checked that the dryer still worked. Reattached the back cover and now no more hanging the wash on the clothesline. I was really impressed with the accuracy of the video. The troubleshooting guide and testimonies of others with the same problem gave me the confidence that my diagnosis was correct. Easiest and most efficient repair process ever. Thank you so much PartSelect for an outstanding service! AAAAAA+++++ company!
